About The Position

The Revenue Operations Associate supports sales, customer success, and operations by maintaining the processes, systems, and data that run through HubSpot. Working side by side with the Revenue Operations Manager, the associate initially owns data quality and recurring reporting while supporting HubSpot builds, then takes on more tool rollouts and process design as they grow. The role also includes creating useful AI skills and workflows, helping teams adopt HubSpot features, and occasionally supporting brand and content work. The first 90 days focus on learning the HubSpot setup and data model, taking over duplicate-company cleanup, running recurring reports, and building a first time-saving workflow in HubSpot or with AI. The role offers early ownership of projects, collaboration across sales, customer success, and operations, and opportunities to contribute to how revenue operations are run.
