About The Position

Betches Media is hiring an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to connect its Revenue, Finance, and Operations teams. The role owns the weekly sales pipeline and forecast in partnership with the FP&A lead, leads Boostr CRM/OMS enhancements to support reliable reporting, and manages booked revenue forecasting and month-end revenue actualization for billing. It reports to the Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations. The role oversees pipeline reporting, forecasting, and revenue close; serves as the business owner of Boostr; and designs and standardizes revenue processes. It works with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Client Success, Media Planning, and executive leadership to improve data quality, reporting, billing accuracy, revenue processes, and team adoption. In the first year, success includes delivering a shared weekly pipeline and forecast view on a consistent cadence; measuring and improving forecast accuracy; providing timely month-end revenue actuals with fewer billing corrections; rebuilding Boostr’s product tree and data standards for self-service reporting; and documenting and driving adoption of revenue processes from proposal through billing. The expected annual base salary is $130,000–$145,000. The posting says the total compensation and offer package will include perks but does not specify them.
