About The Position

We are looking for a builder who understands that the "revenue lifecycle" is critical to a growing SaaS company. The ideal candidate has experience in the early stages of a startup, has worn multiple hats, and has a proven ability to improve customer retention and expansion. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on analyzing data to understand the 'why' and implementing solutions for the 'what'.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Marketing, or Customer Success Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR/ARR, NRR, GRR, Churn, LTV, CAC).
  • Hands-on experience with modern SaaS tooling (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce, Stripe, Mixpanel/Amplitude, ChurnZero/Gainsight, or similar stacks).
  • Proven track record of measurably improving retention or expansion revenue.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment that values rapid experimentation and pivoting.
  • Experience working with US small business customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the post-acquisition revenue journey, focusing on maximizing Net Revenue Retention (NRR), smoothing expansion paths, and proactively addressing churn.
  • Track, analyze, and improve key SaaS metrics including NRR, GRR, LTV:CAC ratios, and expansion velocity.
  • Map the post-sales customer journey, identify friction points in trial user drop-off and expansion stalling, and design experiments to resolve them.
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison between Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure product value aligns with monetization strategy.
  • Build, test, and iterate on automated expansion triggers, renewal playbooks, and lifecycle email campaigns.
