About The Position

We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own Evvy's end-to-end customer journey. You'll be the architect and operator of our lifecycle engine: building, launching, and optimizing campaigns across email and SMS that drive activation, conversion, retention, and reactivation. You'll also serve as a key product marketing partner, translating clinical complexity into customer-facing messaging that's clear, compelling, and unmistakably Evvy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the tools, thinks in systems, and brings both creative and analytical rigor to every send. Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in New York, NY. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in CRM and lifecycle marketing, including campaign strategy, segmentation, and A/B testing
  • Deep, hands-on email expertise — canvas building, segmentation, personalization, and QA; this is non-negotiable
  • Strong portfolio of lifecycle samples
  • Comfort writing about health topics with accuracy, empathy, and clarity
  • Experience in consumer health and/or subscription-based e-commerce, ideally in at-home testing
  • Technical knowledge of ESPs and customer engagement platforms, including HTML
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for copywriting, campaign production, and workflow acceleration

Responsibilities

  • Develop and be accountable for Evvy's lifecycle marketing strategy — optimizing funnel conversion into clinical care programs and future products, subscription retention, and reactivation
  • Act as Evvy's primary email owner: segmentation, canvas building, journey logic, suppression rules, QA, and performance tracking across email, SMS, and in-app
  • Write and edit all lifecycle copy — high-converting, on-brand, and medically accurate across every channel and funnel stage
  • Ruthlessly A/B test new concepts and creative; document and share learnings across the team
  • Evaluate, recommend, and lead implementation of Evvy's CRM and ESP stack — bringing a clear point of view on the right architecture for a brand at our stage and pace
  • Own your data — build dashboards, track KPIs, and report performance across the organization
  • Partner closely with Clinical, Product, Marketing, and Data to translate feature launches into clear lifecycle messaging, keep user personas current, and continuously incorporate customer feedback into strategy — with a repeatable workflow so every product moment ships with a comms plan and success metrics
