Revenue Growth Consultant – Commission Only
About The Position
Desort is expanding nationwide and is looking for a motivated Revenue Growth Consultant to help generate new business and expand our client base. This opportunity is designed for a results-driven professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships with decision-makers, presenting solutions, and closing new business. As a Revenue Growth Consultant, you will take ownership of your pipeline and develop new client relationships from the ground up. You will have the flexibility to determine your outreach strategy and build a portfolio of clients while earning based on the business you generate. This is a commission-only position with no base salary or guaranteed compensation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, account management, or consulting.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Confident negotiation and closing abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
- Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline from prospecting through close.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn, email outreach, or lead-generation platforms.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results.
- Comfortable with commission-only compensation.

Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective businesses and decision-makers.
- Generate new business opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Initiate conversations and conduct discovery calls.
- Understand client needs and present Desort’s services effectively.
- Manage opportunities through the complete sales cycle.
- Negotiate terms and close new business.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
- Track sales activity, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong client experience.
