About The Position

Provides cross-functional support for hospital revenue cycle operations, including insurance billing, provider credentialing and enrollment, claim denials and appeals, accounts receivable follow-up, and payer contracting support. Works to promote timely, accurate reimbursement and excellent patient service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer, clerical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret payer correspondence and follow written instructions.
• Accurate documentation, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Professional customer service and confidentiality required.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare insurance billing or revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Familiarity with provider credentialing, enrollment, and payer portals preferred.
