About The Position

ADI is a leading global distributor of low voltage products including Intrusion Alarm Systems, CCTV, Fire Alarms, Access Control Systems, Commercial and Residential Audio & Video products, Wire & Cable, Tools, Business telephone systems, Structured cabling, and related accessories. Associates are responsible for facilitating the Receiving, Processing and Shipping of customer return orders. This contains order processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies. Responsibilities

Processing of Returns, could consist of data entry (customer invoicing, order processing), using a handheld scanner, packing, and shipping of product.
Receive truck delivers daily, lifting/moving of boxes up to 50lbs at times.
Must be self-motivated and willing to cross-train and assist in other areas as required.
Ensures a neat / clean work environment by cleaning work areas and discarding materials in the proper manner.
Must be able to function in a team environment and be able to effectively communicate with other team members and Supervision.
Participate in all continuous improvement activities within the organization.
