About The Position

This seasonal role is for a Returns Processor on the 1st shift. The position is expected to last through the facility’s peak season, with employment potentially ending earlier or extending slightly depending on department workload and business needs. The role involves processing, sorting, and labeling returned product, updating inventory systems, and communicating with supervisors regarding discrepancies. Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
• Basic computer skills needed to accurately scan, sort, and process products
• Proven success working in fast-paced, high-demand seasonal periods
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership

Responsibilities

• Process, sort, and label returned product per publisher instruction
• Accurately update inventory systems and record return reasons and/or codes
• Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies
• Adherence to all safety policies
