About The Position
DHL Supply Chain is hiring a full-time Returns Processor to open and verify returned merchandise, scan items, and place freight in proper locations. This role is on the first shift, Tuesday through Friday, from 5:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and pays $19.75 per hour. The position is eligible for an attendance bonus. The work requires standing for long periods and may involve powered material-handling equipment.
Requirements
- Able to stand for long periods.
- Six months of warehouse experience, preferably involving returns.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Material-handling equipment certification preferred.
- Six months of forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, stock, and stage product.
- Verify the correct item is in its original packaging before scanning.
- Accurately process freight using the scanning system.
- Identify items requiring special processing or separation, such as hazardous materials, store services, research, or salvage.
- Ensure scanned freight reaches the appropriate destination, such as a slot, destroy, or salvage location.
- Stack and tape pallets safely.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
