As the Returns Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing and resolving product return and shipping discrepancies from start to finish. This position is highly collaborative and detail-oriented, requiring strong organization, communication, and follow-through. On a daily basis, you’ll manage a queue of requests within our ticketing system, ensuring all items are addressed accurately and within a 24-hour turnaround time. You’ll partner closely with warehouse teams, sales, suppliers, and buyers to investigate discrepancies, coordinate return requests, and drive timely resolutions.
