Requirements

  • High School/GED or 6+months of relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills are required
  • Be able to work 1st shift 7:00 am-3:00 pm Monday-Friday
  • Excellent communication skills a must.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment through job performance
  • 1-3 years warehouse experience

Nice To Haves

  • experience with a Warehouse Management System is preferred
  • SAP and Blue Yonder a plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle all returned products and merchandise.
  • Communicate with Customer Service to obtain required return authorizations and documentation.
  • Inspect returned items, document findings, and adjust inventory in the WMS.
  • Tear down scrap merchandise and dispose of unusable material according to company procedures.
  • Prepare and file all necessary documentation and forms to finalize and close out returned goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of all return items.
  • Review incoming materials and coordinate with Quality Control.
  • Support Distribution Operations.
