About The Position

Responsible for picking, validating, packing, and shipping reverse logistics products to vendors and Central Return Centers. The role involves counting and moving boxes, using lifts, loading and scheduling trailers for pickup, and completing system transactions to transfer inventory between locations. The processor also works on elevated platforms and conveyor systems, investigates inventory discrepancies, researches missing products, completes daily tasks, and trains in cycle counting functions. The environment is generally moderately noisy, with seasonal temperature fluctuations and possible temperature extremes. Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret employment policies, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals in English.
• Resourceful self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency using computers and handheld technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stoop, and climb ladders; depth perception and color vision may be required.
• Ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Physically count and move boxes, and use lifts to perform warehouse-item transfers accurately.
• Load and schedule trailers for pickup and complete system transactions to move inventory between locations.
• Work on elevated platforms and conveyor systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide consistent feedback about inventory issues to a supervisor or management.
• Research and reconcile shortages and overages.
• Research and locate missing products.
• Complete the daily task list.
• Train in all cycle-counting functions.
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other functions management deems essential.
