About The Position

The Retreats Manager serves on the front lines of ministry to retreat groups at Frontier Cove. After groups make reservations, the manager assists with contacting them, scheduling on the camp’s side, and regularly hosting them while they are on site. The role also oversees the cleanliness and attractiveness of spaces around camp to help create a distraction-free environment, including a hands-on partnership with Jr. Camp during the summer. As part of the Frontier Cove Retreats team, the manager works closely with others to provide groups with a great experience and resources to support the highest-impact ministry possible during their stay.

• Be able to set and execute long-term plans and goals.
• Be flexible and comfortable with a nontraditional work schedule.
• Be willing to engage in hard conversations and hold others accountable.
• Have basic knowledge of common computer programs, including MS Word, Excel, and Google Apps.

Responsibilities
