About The Position

Massage Heights Buckhead is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Retreat Attendant to help maintain a clean, organized, relaxing, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. The role supports the Retreat’s daily operations and helps create the calm, professional atmosphere that is an essential part of the guest experience. It suits someone who takes pride in cleanliness, works independently, and notices small details.

Requirements

Dependable and punctual, with strong attendance.
Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness.
Able to work independently without constant supervision.
Able to prioritize tasks and stay productive throughout the shift.
Professional, positive, and respectful when interacting with guests and team members.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced spa environment.
Willing to assist the team wherever needed.
Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying, and performing physical cleaning duties and handling laundry and supplies throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping, spa, hospitality, janitorial, or similar experience; not required.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of massage rooms, common areas, hallways, restrooms, break areas, and other assigned spaces.
Clean, disinfect, reset, and properly stock treatment rooms between services.
Complete assigned opening, closing, daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning responsibilities.
Manage laundry throughout the shift, including washing, drying, folding, organizing, and distributing linens.
Keep linen cabinets, supply areas, and treatment rooms properly stocked.
Monitor supplies and communicate when inventory is running low.
Remove trash and maintain clean, sanitary work areas throughout the Retreat.
Support Massage Therapists and Guest Experience Managers with operational needs when appropriate.
Help maintain the calm, professional atmosphere expected at Massage Heights.
Follow sanitation, safety, dress code, attendance, and workplace policies.
Promptly communicate maintenance, cleanliness, safety, or supply concerns to management.
