They also welcome customers and help create positive customer relationships, while collaborating with colleagues and striving to achieve sales and store results. The role executes visual merchandising projects on a monthly, quarterly, and seasonal basis. It includes styling merchandise and mannequins, creating window displays and fashion statements, placing fixtures and products, formatting walls, using visual collateral, and installing promotional materials and three-dimensional elements. The position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled 30 or more hours per week; schedules depend on business needs and colleague availability. The work involves frequent movement, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, and using computers and other technology. Colleagues must be able to communicate effectively and understand employment policies, visual and merchandising directives, and safety procedures in English.
