About The Position

We are seeking qualified Bank Tellers to join our team! You will be responsible for giving an exceptional customer experience and cross selling products and services to help the bank grow and reach its goals and vision.

Requirements

• Previous experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, goal oriented and professional appearance
• Proven sales track record, self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Must have reliable transportation and able to work all 5 TNBANK locations
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Fantastic Cash Handling/Multitasking and Sales
• Be detailed oriented and adhere to all bank policies and procedures
• Ability to assess financial needs and meet production goals
• Attend to needs of existing and prospective customers with high expectations of excellence.
• Detail-oriented, strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Provide exceptional Customer Service / be able to answer customer’s inquiries and resolving customer complaints
• Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, goal oriented and professional appearance
• Required to sell bank products and services
