Areas of responsibility include reporting, store hardware, information security, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. The position is remote. The annual base salary range is $99,000 to $131,765, and the role may also be eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offered depends on factors including qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.

Requirements

  • Five to seven years of relevant experience in retail technology, retail store operations, store systems, technology program management, infrastructure, hardware, networks, desktop support, information security, cybersecurity, change management, or a related field.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Strong project and program management skills, including prioritizing and managing multiple cross-functional initiatives, launches, enhancements, risks, and timelines.

  • Experience or working knowledge across reporting platforms, store hardware, information security, cybersecurity, networks, desktop support, infrastructure, and related digital or mobile technologies.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts and business needs into clear requirements, operational guidance, communications, training, documentation, and executive updates for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to use performance data, ticket trends, store feedback, adoption measures, and workload impact to influence roadmaps and prioritization.
  • Ability to build alignment, influence decisions, and drive accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Clear written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Passion for client experience, store operations, workload reduction, secure technology practices, and retail innovation.
  • Agility and sound judgment when priorities, risks, or operational requirements change.
  • Collaborative, client-focused approach grounded in curiosity, creativity, and commitment to results.

  • Define KPIs and use quantitative data, qualitative insights, store observations, adoption measures, and workload considerations to evaluate program performance and influence product roadmaps.
  • Lead post-launch reviews covering adoption, support trends, store feedback, workload impact, lessons learned, and recommended improvements.
  • Provide executive-ready updates on program status, launch readiness, adoption, risks, emerging issues, decisions, and recommended actions.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify store processes, reduce workload, improve technology reliability, strengthen secure store operations, and increase field adoption.
  • Monitor retail, technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, AI, and consumer trends to develop a store point of view and recommend relevant tests, innovations, or investments.
