About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods. You will help provide an outstanding client experience and sales support while keeping the store welcoming, stocked, and visually ready. The position is non-guaranteed hours, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. Availability is required during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The stated seasonal scheduling period is Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
