About The Position
As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods to provide an outstanding client experience. You will help create a welcoming environment and maintain a stocked, visually ready store in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. This is a non-guaranteed-hours flex position with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week, based on business needs. You must be available for peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be punctual and consistently attend scheduled shifts. The stated availability period is Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10; no year is specified. The listed hourly compensation range is $22.60–$26.00. Actual pay depends on geographic location.
