About The Position

Clarks is hiring a part-time Team Lead to support store operations and deliver positive sales and customer service. The Team Lead may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. The role includes organizing merchandise and back stock, overseeing shipments, maintaining a clean work environment, and helping train and coach employees on company policies and procedures. Team Leads are expected to represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies, and foster a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities

Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
Assist with training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
Provide impeccable customer service.
Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
Exemplify the Clarks brand.
Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
