Retail Part Time Team Lead
About The Position
Clarks is seeking a part-time Team Lead to support store operations and deliver positive sales performance. The Team Lead may serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, and will help organize merchandise, oversee shipments, coach employees, and provide customer service consistent with the Clarks brand. The role includes maintaining a clean work environment and following loss prevention and shrinkage procedures. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities
- Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow loss prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
- Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
