Seasonal Retail Support Warehouseman, Southcenter
About The Position
As a Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering curbside orders; and monitoring alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are completed on time. You also help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role includes customer interactions such as greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and carefully delivering curbside orders. Colleagues also maintain a shoppable environment by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. At the end of the day, they organize the stockroom and complete orders to prepare the team for the next day. The role emphasizes teamwork, hospitality, operational excellence, and achieving sales goals.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain stockroom organization.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage.

- Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service, including greeting customers and resolving issues.

- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day.
