Seasonal Retail Supervisor
About The Position
As a Retail Supervisor at Fjällräven, you help bring the brand’s mission of helping people feel at home in nature to life. You serve as a trusted keyholder and shift lead, guiding the sales floor, supporting daily operations, and helping teammates do their best work. Through thoughtful leadership and genuine guest connection, you help ensure every interaction reflects Fjällräven’s values. You partner closely with the Store Manager and store team to support performance, culture, and community. The role includes leading and coaching teammates on the sales floor, delivering the GUIDE service standards, opening and closing the store, supporting inventory and visual standards, and contributing to a safe and compliant environment. You also model sustainability and support community events and local partnerships.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail or customer service.
- Leadership skills rooted in trust, example, and collaboration.
- A strong track record of delivering thoughtful, memorable guest experiences.
- Clear communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Passion for the outdoors, sustainability, and continuous learning.
- Comfort using retail systems such as POS and inventory tools, or willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching and motivating teammates to deliver exceptional service.
- Welcome, educate, and inspire guests by bringing Fjällräven’s GUIDE service standards to life.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture grounded in respect, learning, and shared purpose.
- Open and close the store as a trusted keyholder, supporting cash handling, store readiness, and daily transitions.
- Support operational excellence, including inventory accuracy, stock organization, and visual standards.
- Help ensure a safe, secure, and compliant store environment.
- Model sustainability in action and share programs such as the Arctic Fox Initiative with guests and teammates.
- Support community engagement through store events and local partnerships.
- Represent the brand with authenticity, curiosity, and care in and beyond the store.
