About The Position

The Seasonal Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The supervisor manages department resources, facilitates employee training and development, supports a positive and improvement-oriented team environment, and ensures employees follow applicable safety policies and procedures and receive the orientation, training, information, evaluations, and coaching needed for their continued development.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

• Management experience.

Responsibilities
