Seasonal Supervisor

About The Position

This position supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel at all organizational levels. The position is seasonal and involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with flexible shift hours available up to five days per week.

Requirements

Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent.
Management experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
Facilitate training for new and current employees.
Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures and comply with department, station, corporate, and local government requirements.
Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
