About The Position

This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The supervisor develops and maintains relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates training; ensures compliance with safety policies and applicable requirements; and manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency. The role promotes a positive, team-oriented environment, supports employee involvement and continual improvement, and implements development plans, orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, and coaching for department employees.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities
