About The Position

The Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist at Nike, represents Nike in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. The role supports customers in making informed product choices and works with the team to deliver strong customer service and shared goals. The Supervisor helps create welcoming, memorable customer experiences, supports teammates, and contributes to store operations and the presentation of Nike products.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old in the United States.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically so customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
