About The Position

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, referred to as a Specialist, you are the face of NIKE in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment. You guide customers in making the best decisions for them and work with your team to deliver strong customer service and meet shared goals. The role focuses on creating welcoming, memorable customer experiences and supporting teammates while representing Nike products and services.

This is a full-time position at the Nike Factory Store in Grove City, Pennsylvania, scheduled for 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. The work includes leading by example, supporting customer needs, and performing a range of store operations and merchandising duties.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically so customers feel seen and understood.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Operate a cash register and perform shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning, and visual-display-building duties.
