About The Position

Work World is hiring a part-time Retail Supervisor for its Shoeteria store in Garden Grove, California. The supervisor helps lead store operations and supports the company’s growth while providing excellent customer service. The position includes assisting customers in person and over the phone, directing sales-floor workflow, opening and closing the store, and maintaining store organization, cleanliness, and inventory. Responsibilities

Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.
Assist customers with requests in the store and over the phone.
Open and close the store.
Direct workflow on the sales floor.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner.
Maintain store organization and cleanliness.
Complete customer transactions at the cash register, including taking payments and issuing receipts.
Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
