About The Position

Lakeshore is hiring for part-time Supervisor and Retail Sales Associate roles at an on-site retail hiring event. Retail team members provide customers with an unforgettable experience in a fast-paced, changing environment, delivering excellent customer service and strong product knowledge. The Supervisor role includes management and team responsibilities, such as demonstrating and reinforcing company standards, training, and providing clear feedback. The event is scheduled for November 3, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. CDT, at 16900 W Bluemound Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53214. Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days and weekends.
• Knowledge of retail point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Supervisor applicants must have one year of related retail supervisor experience.
• Ability to provide and receive constructive criticism.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask to meet simultaneous demand.
• Positive and proactive approach to management and teamwork.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience is a plus for Sales Associate applicants.
