About The Position
The Retail Store Sales Assistant Manager supports customers at Lifetime retail stores and manages and trains sales associates. The role helps deliver friendly, dedicated service and assists customers in finding and purchasing outdoor adventure and everyday lifestyle products. The assistant manager contributes to a positive store culture and offers leadership and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in retail management or equivalent.
- Valid Utah driver's license or equivalent.
- Able to work Saturdays and holidays.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and cleanliness standards.
- Hire and develop new team members.
- Coach and train sales associates to improve personal sales metrics.
- Become forklift certified and load customer orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a positive store culture and an uplifting environment.
