About The Position
Rip Curl is hiring a full-time Retail Store Manager to manage its Queens Marketplace store during a fixed-term parental leave period, available from February 2027 through August 2027. The role is responsible for the store’s overall profitable operation and management, achieving sales targets, reporting results, managing rosters, recruitment and employee development, and leading by example to provide customers with the Rip Curl customer experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in retail management.
- Availability to work a roster expected in a retail environment with extended store hours.
- Pride in delivering great customer service.
- Affinity with surfing and the board-riding lifestyle, and ability to share that lifestyle with traveling customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall profitable operation and management of the store.
- Ensure sales targets are met.
- Report results as required.
- Manage rosters, recruitment and development.
- Lead by example to provide customers with the Rip Curl customer experience.
