About The Position
Rip Curl is seeking an experienced, highly motivated full-time Assistant Retail Manager to help manage its Waikiki store. The role supports the store’s profitable operation and management, sales performance, staffing, and customer experience. The successful candidate will bring an affinity for surfing and the board-riding lifestyle and help deliver a great experience to customers and the store team.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, supporting a team in some capacity or ready to step into a management role.
- Affinity with surfing and the board-riding lifestyle.
- Ability to deliver great customer service to customers and store staff.
- Availability to work a roster that may include weekends and/or evening shifts.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure the overall profitable operation and management of the store.
- Meet sales targets and report results as required.
- Complete staff rosters and support staff recruitment and development.
- Lead by example by providing an excellent customer experience.
