About The Position

The Retail Supervisor assists the Retail Manager in achieving store sales and profit targets by being present in the store, demonstrating leadership, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes effectively managing the team; implementing and modeling behavior consistent with company policies; managing wages and other expenses in line with budgets and policies; and merchandising, managing, and overseeing stock. This is a part-time position that reports directly to the Store Manager.
