About The Position
Rip Curl is hiring a part-time Sales Associate for its Seal Beach crew. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, offering product knowledge and advice, and bringing a can-do attitude to help customers “live their search.” The Sales Associate will work toward sales targets, process inventory into the store, and help keep the store looking its best. The position pays $16.90 per hour and offers a flexible schedule. Health benefits are available to employees working 20 or more hours per week, along with 401(k) benefits with company matching and brand perks and discounts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a retail environment or strong customer service experience.
- Availability to work different shifts throughout the week.
- Availability during the Christmas period.
