About The Position
Rip Curl is seeking an experienced, highly motivated full-time Assistant Retail Manager to help manage its Haleiwa store. The role supports the store’s profitable operation and management, achievement and reporting of sales results, staff rostering, recruitment and development, and the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will have an affinity with surfing and the board-riding lifestyle, retail experience supporting a team or readiness to step into management, and availability for a roster that may include weekends and evening shifts.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, including supporting a team in some capacity, or readiness to step into a management role.
- Affinity with surfing and the board-riding lifestyle.
- Availability to work a roster that may include weekends and evening shifts.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall profitable operation and management of the store.
- Meet sales targets and report results as required.
- Complete staff rosters and support staff recruitment and development.
- Lead by example in providing an excellent customer experience.
- Deliver great customer service to both customers and store staff.
