About The Position
Rip Curl is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to join its Santa Cruz crew. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, offering product knowledge and advice, and bringing a can-do attitude to help customers “live their search.” The associate will work toward sales targets, process inventory into the store, and help keep the store looking its best. The position pays $16.90 per hour and offers a flexible schedule. Health benefits are available to employees working 20 or more hours per week. The role requires availability for different shifts across the full week and availability over the Christmas period.
