About The Position
The Retail Store Manager oversees the daily operation of an AT&T retail store, including merchandising, product launches, and achieving sales objectives. The manager ensures customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services, and performs outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. The role includes coaching and developing retail sales consultants so they meet sales and service goals. AT&T provides paid training to support leadership success.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of retail sales consultants.
- Ensure the team meets sales and service goals.
- Oversee merchandising and product launches.
- Meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services.
- Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
