About The Position
The Retail Store Manager 2 partners with a store manager to oversee the daily operation of an AT&T retail store. The role supports merchandising and product launches, helps meet and exceed sales objectives, and ensures customers receive an exceptional experience with AT&T products and services. The manager also conducts outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed, and coaches retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals. AT&T provides paid training to support leadership development.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
