About The Position

The Retail Store Manager 2 partners with a store manager to oversee the daily operations of an AT&T retail store. The role helps manage and develop the team, supports merchandising and product launches, and works to meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring customers have an excellent experience with AT&T products and services. The manager also conducts outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed, and coaches retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals. AT&T provides paid training to support leadership success.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities
