About The Position
The Retail Store Manager oversees all aspects of daily retail store operations at AT&T. The role combines retail knowledge and leadership to manage and develop a team while ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience with AT&T products and services. Responsibilities span merchandising, product launches, and meeting or exceeding sales objectives. The manager also conducts outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed, and coaches retail sales consultants to help them achieve sales and service goals. AT&T provides paid training to support leadership success.
Requirements
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
Responsibilities
