About The Position

Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Store Manager (RSM) to lead the overall success of an AT&T authorized retail store. The manager leads sales performance, coaches team members, ensures operational excellence, and creates an exceptional customer experience. The role includes developing Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth. Prime Communications describes itself as the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., with over 2,000 locations across 48 states, and promotes from within while providing leaders with training and support.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of retail management or leadership experience.
• At least 1–2 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Able to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
• Successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while creating a positive, engaging work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and operational compliance.
• Partner with the District Manager to execute company initiatives, product launches, and business strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence, protect company assets, and maintain policy compliance.
• Build relationships within the local community while representing the AT&T brand.
