About The Position

Prime Communications is hiring a Retail Store Manager (RSM) to lead the overall success of an AT&T-authorized retail store. The manager leads sales performance, coaches the team, ensures operational excellence, and delivers an outstanding customer experience. The role develops Assistant Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants while fostering accountability, teamwork, and growth. Prime Communications describes itself as the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the United States, with more than 2,000 locations across 48 states, and promotes from within while providing leadership tools, training, and support.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of retail management or leadership experience.
• At least 1–2 years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Able to stand for extended periods, perform inventory tasks, and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to nearby store locations when needed.
• Successfully complete all required AT&T and Prime Communications training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Improve store performance through coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders, and foster a positive, engaging work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and operational compliance.
• Partner with the District Manager to execute company initiatives, product launches, and business strategies.
• Protect company assets and maintain policy compliance while ensuring operational excellence.
• Build relationships within the local community while representing the AT&T brand.
