About The Position

Lovisa is hiring a Retail Store Manager In-training to lead and develop a retail team, deliver sales results, and create a vibrant, customer-focused store environment. The role includes coaching team members, achieving sales targets and KPIs, managing day-to-day operations and stock presentation, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting team development. The position is based at Potomac Mills.

• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure stock is well-managed and presented on-brand.

• Provide ongoing development and training to improve the team’s skills and confidence.
• Maintain visual excellence through engaging merchandising that showcases current jewellery trends and attracts customers.
