Retail Stock - Interstate Shopping Center Rack
About The Position
The Retail Stock employee supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The role receives, unloads, unpacks, and delivers merchandise to selling departments; fulfills customer orders; and prepares orders for shipment while following quality, packing, and shipping standards. The employee uses inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes. The position also helps maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms and provides general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences.

- Meet the stated physical requirements, including continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching; frequent hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling; handling bulky or awkward items, including reaching and lifting above the head; regularly lifting items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds; and frequently lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
- Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner and follow quality standards.
- Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
- Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
- Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
