About The Position

The Retail Stock & Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. Duties include receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory management systems, maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support. The position requires continuous movement and frequent handling and lifting of merchandise.

• Meet the physical requirements of continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching, and frequent hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Be able to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver newly arrived goods to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly and in accordance with quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
