The Retail Stock Associate supports store operations and sales by organizing and managing inventory, processing deliveries and stock transfers, maintaining back-of-house standards, and collaborating with the sales and management teams. This is a part-time position at the Torrance store, paying $18 per hour.
Requirements
- Be highly motivated.
- Have attention to detail.
- Be able to stand for long periods and engage in repetitive activities.
- Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds.
- Be able to climb ladders and use a stepping stool.
- Be flexible to work weekends and evenings.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the greater sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the store.
- Ensure products are properly tagged with accurate pricing and product information.
- Manage and organize stockroom inventory.
- Communicate daily needs with the management team.
- Maintain back-of-house standards.
- Support the team in achieving operational goals.
- Receive and track store deliveries.
- Put away and accurately label all stock.
- Pull stock for requested transfers.
- Pair-check and quality-check all transferred stock.
