About The Position

The Part Time Key Holder supports customers and store operations, contributes to sales targets, and helps maintain the store’s presentation and standards. The role includes supporting store opening and closing, assisting with stock and inventory, processing payments, and communicating daily needs to management. The position involves working in a busy retail environment and requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Requirements

Highly motivated.
Interest in fashion.
Target driven.
Customer service experience; retail experience preferred.
Able to interact with customers in a loud, often busy environment.
Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive activities.
Able to lift more than 50 pounds.
Able to climb ladders and use a stepping stool.
Flexible to work weekends and evenings.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.
Support the management team with opening and closing the store.
Stay informed about products, trends, and promotions to provide current information to customers.
Support store visual merchandising.
Maintain standards throughout the store, including the back of house.
Model the brand and maintain personal presentation standards.
Ensure products are tagged with accurate pricing and product information.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
Support inventory management and stockroom organization.
Replenish the shop floor as needed.
Communicate daily needs to the management team.
