The Part Time Key Holder supports customers and sales goals, assists with store opening and closing, and helps maintain the store’s presentation, standards, and inventory. The role involves working with customers in a busy environment, operating the point-of-sale system, and supporting the management and sales teams.

Requirements

• Highly motivated.
• Interest in fashion.
• Target driven.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers in a loud and often busy environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive activities.
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and use a stepping stool.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish speaking is preferred but not essential.
• Customer service or retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer product recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and support store success.
• Support the management team with opening and closing the store.
• Stay informed about products, trends, and promotions to provide current information to customers.
• Support visual merchandising.
• Maintain standards throughout the store, including the back of house.
• Act as a brand role model and maintain personal presentation standards.
• Ensure products are correctly tagged with accurate pricing and product information.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
• Support inventory management and stockroom organization.
• Replenish the shop floor as needed.
• Communicate daily needs to the management team.
