About The Position

Rooms To Go is hiring a Retail Stock Associate to work in its retail stores. This fast-paced, multifaceted role involves packaging, wrapping, and loading furniture purchases for customers; arranging furniture in the showroom at the direction of designers and managers; and maintaining showroom appearance and cleanliness. The position requires lifting, loading, unloading, and/or assembling furniture, along with general cleaning and maintenance tasks. The role offers opportunities to grow into positions such as store manager or salesperson.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively on a daily basis.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• General cleaning and maintenance experience is preferred.
• Prior furniture and/or janitorial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Package and wrap furniture purchases for customers.
• Load furniture purchases for customers.
• Arrange showroom furniture as directed by designers and managers.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of showrooms.
• Lift, load, unload, and/or assemble furniture.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance.
